By creating an account or accessing Eldrius Online, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Eldrius Online, you confirm that:

• You are of legal age in your country, or
• You have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access the game.

2. General Conduct

All players must maintain respectful behavior.

The following actions are prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive language
• Impersonating staff members
• Spamming or disruptive behavior
• Sharing personal data of other users

3. Cheating and Exploits

To maintain fair gameplay:

• The use of third-party software (bots, hacks, automation tools) is strictly prohibited
• Exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics is prohibited
• Reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate the game client or server is prohibited

Any confirmed violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

4. Accounts and Security

• Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Sharing, selling, or trading accounts is prohibited
• The account owner is responsible for all activity performed on their account

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Virtual Items, Purchases and Refunds

All virtual items, characters, currencies, and digital content remain the property of Eldrius Online.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

However, a refund may be granted exclusively for Ruby purchases, provided that:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
• The Rubies have not been used in any way
• The full purchased amount of Rubies remains in the account at the time of the request
• The refund request complies with applicable platform policies

Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Eldrius Online.

Real Money Trading (RMT) outside official channels is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

6. Enforcement and Penalties

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reset of characters, items, or progress

Sanctions are determined at the sole discretion of Eldrius Online and may be applied without prior notice.

7. Service Availability

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, reset, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the game after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
