New
World
- The whole map was rebuilt.
- The map channel system was removed.
- New items.
- The old quests were removed. New quests arrived, with more challenging puzzles.
- World bosses were removed. In their place come the boss rooms, to take on alone or with a team.
- Tasks: a new system where you face bosses and collect extremely rare items.
- New depot to store your items.
Auto hunt and Hunt Zone
- Auto hunt left the open map. It now works only in the Hunt Zone, an area built for it and exclusive to premium accounts.
- Item loot only drops on the open map. In the Hunt Zone, the only loot is Silver Coin.
- You can leave the game mid-hunt: with auto hunt on, your character keeps hunting in the Hunt Zone.
- Each character has a daily time limit in the Hunt Zone, which renews every day at 1 PM (server time). When it runs out, the character is taken out of the zone and, if you are offline, logged out.
- If your connection drops without auto hunt on, the healing assistant keeps healing you for 30 more seconds and then stops.
Classes and skills
- New skills system for each class.
- Class abilities were adjusted for the new balance.
- Class change: buy the new class’s scroll in the diamond shop.
- Shamans and Wizards now use the same equipment.
Equipment
- Awakening: a new system to add elements, defense and buffs to items.
- Enchant reworked: from +4 onward, a failure can make the item lose one enchantment level.
Economy
- Gold is the new currency between players: it is used in the market and can now also be put in a trade.
- Silver: comes from the Hunt Zone and buys the Bless and Magic Powder (NPC Krugnak). Anything you buy with silver arrives bound.
- Bound items cannot be sold to NPCs, put on the market or traded.
Death
- Dying can now make you lose a level.
- Bless: reduces the experience lost on death by 75%. Buy it from Sage Verendal, paying with gold or silver.
PvP
- Karma is gone. Skulls take its place.
- A frag is killing a player without a skull who did not attack you. Each frag counts for 24 hours.
- 4 frags in 24 hours give a Red Skull for 7 days. While you have 4 or more frags in the last 24 hours, each new frag restarts those 7 days.
- 7 frags in 24 hours give a Black Skull for 14 days.
- Dying with a skull costs more: experience and skill loss on death is 2.5× higher with a Red Skull and 5× higher with a Black Skull.
- Castle war now happens twice a week: Wednesday and Sunday at 7 PM (server time).
Dailies
- Reworked, with rewards like skill training and crafting resources.
Outfits
- Outfits now work for every class, and every character already has the 5 starting outfits.
Account and website
- Character Bazaar: buy and sell characters on the website, in the Bazaar tab.
- Listings have a fixed price, with a minimum of 100 diamonds.
- Listing costs 500 diamonds, which are not refunded.
- A character can only be bought from midnight of the day after it was listed.
- Gold, silver, items and depot go with the character.
- Account-wide diamonds: diamonds now belong to the account, not the character. All characters on the account share the same balance.
- Name change, right in the game and without logging out.
- Email change on the website.
- Wiki on the website.
- New accounts must confirm their email with a code before entering the game.
What happened to what you already had
- All gold from the old version became silver, including gold waiting in your inbox.
- Resources that dropped from creatures (like Rat Tail, Wolf Fur and Zombie Hand) were sold automatically at each one’s price, and the value went into silver. This also covers those in your depot, your inbox or for sale on the market.
- The tier progress of your abilities became levels in your class skills. The books you kept to upgrade abilities also became skill training.
- Shaman items became the equivalent Wizard item, of the same rarity.
- If you had bought outfits with diamonds, you got back the diamonds you paid.
Stamina
Stamina: up to 3h of +50% hunting XP.
- While it’s on, each minute of hunting uses 1 minute of Stamina.
- While paused, it isn’t used and refills on its own: the full 3h come back in 21h, anywhere. It also refills while you’re offline.
- You choose when to spend it: pause it and save it for a party hunt or for your best session.
Stamina Bonus: for players who can’t play every day.
- While you’re away and your Stamina is full, Stamina Bonus builds up: 30 minutes per day, up to 3h (6 days away).
- When you come back, it multiplies the XP of every minute you hunt by 4. With 3h saved, 3h of hunting count as 12h, or as 18h with Stamina on as well.
- It has its own toggle. When it’s on, it works even with Stamina paused or empty. When it’s off, it keeps its balance until you choose to use it.
- It doesn’t add playtime: it only makes the time you can play count for more.
Exausting: your hunting endurance, up to 30h.
- Hunting in the open world uses 1 minute of Exausting per minute. Below 4h, you stop earning XP and loot.
- It recovers while you rest in a protection zone, while you’re offline, and 2× faster inside the Hunt Zone, where it isn’t used.
In the Hunt Zone, Stamina and Stamina Bonus are switched off: they are neither used nor give any bonus there.
